Which packages and prices?
Three per-guest packages, VAT included: Standard at €25 (burger, homemade fries, sauce, drink), Complete at €30 (Standard + starter and dessert) and Corporate at €35 (premium menu, wider choice, dedicated team, customisation options).
The minimum order is €1000 excl. VAT, regardless of the number of guests. A 50% deposit confirms the date; the balance is paid on the day of the event.
What do we need on your site?
Our logistics requirements are deliberately light:
- A 220V power outlet within 25 metres of the truck
- A flat spot accessible to a utility vehicle
- 2 hours of service included, then €150/h
- Travel fee of €150/h beyond 45 minutes' drive from Mersch
How does a service run?
We arrive about an hour before service to set up the truck and prepare. Service starts at the agreed time and everything is cooked to order. Afterwards, we pack up and leave the spot clean.
Booking subject to availability. For large events, we recommend planning 6 to 8 weeks ahead.

Yes. The service is invoiced by Ginger Head SA, with a 50% deposit on booking and the balance on the day of the event.
