Gingerhead Burger privatises its food truck for weddings anywhere in Luxembourg. We cook gourmet burgers, fries and homemade sauces on site — for the cocktail hour, the main meal or a late-night service. Packages from €25 to €35 per guest, from €1,000 excl. VAT.
When during the wedding?
The food truck adapts to the flow of your day. The three most common uses:
- Cocktail hour: mini-burgers and fries served outdoors
- Main meal: full package with starter and dessert
- Late night: a late service to relaunch the dance floor
Which packages for a wedding?
The Standard package at €25 per person includes burger, homemade fries, sauce and drink. Complete at €30 adds a starter and a dessert. Corporate at €35 offers a premium menu, wider choice and a dedicated team — it also suits demanding wedding receptions.
Minimum order: €1000 excl. VAT, regardless of the number of guests. A 50% deposit on booking, balance on the wedding day.
What we need at the venue
Castle, farm, village hall or private garden: the truck sets up almost anywhere, provided a few elements are in place.
- A 220V power outlet within 25 metres of the truck
- A flat spot accessible to a utility vehicle
- 2 hours of service included, then €150/h
- Travel fee of €150/h beyond 45 minutes' drive from Mersch
When to book?
Saturdays from May to September go early. Booking is subject to availability; we recommend planning 6 to 8 weeks ahead and writing to us as soon as the date and venue are known, even without a final guest count.
Coverage area
We travel across the whole Grand Duchy of Luxembourg from Mersch. Beyond 45 minutes' drive, a travel fee of €150/h applies.

Can you serve outdoors without a kitchen on site?
Yes: everything is cooked in the truck. We only need a 220V outlet and an accessible spot.
How long does the service last?
Two hours of service are included in the per-guest price. Beyond that, the rate is €150/h.
