Privatising the Gingerhead Burger food truck means booking the truck, the team and the kitchen for your event alone, anywhere in Luxembourg. You choose the date, the venue and the package (€25, €30 or €35 per person), from €1,000 excl. VAT. We cook on site for the whole agreed duration.

What does a privatisation include?

The privatisation covers the entire service:

• The truck and its kitchen equipment
• The kitchen and service team
• The chosen package for all your guests
• 2 hours of service included
• Setup, service and clean-up of the spot

How much does it cost?

The price is calculated per guest: €25, €30 or €35 per person depending on the package. The minimum order is €1000 excl. VAT, regardless of the number of guests. A 50% deposit confirms the booking; the balance is paid on the day of the event.

Two possible extras, billed at €150/h: beyond 2 hours of service, and beyond 45 minutes' drive from Mersch.

• A flat spot accessible to a utility vehicle
